Spring Chef’s Dinner
Every month, Scottsdale’s ZuZu at Hotel Valley Ho turns one boring Monday night into an exciting evening of food and drinks. The Month of May is no exception. Monday, May 16th join ZuZu and Duncan Farms for the five-course Chef’s Table Dinner featuring freshly harvested garden veggies. The tentative menu includes soft shell crab with sweet spring peas, tarragon & creamy grits, a grilled radish salad, summer squash gratin, roasted Alaskan halibut, and homemade peach bread pudding for dessert. Pat Duncan will be on hand to answering questions about organic desert gardening. $52 ++ per person. 480-421-7997 for reservations.

Sesame Tofu
After looking back on the last few weeks of Eater’s Digest, it looks like will have been trying to fatten everyone up. Banana spring rolls, pizza bread, cupcakes, more cupcakes, and bacon toffee are probably taking a toll on your waistline. Switch it up tonight and balance out those delicious carbs with a light and healthy dinner of Sesame Tofu and Spring Vegetable and Quinoa. Who knows, maybe it put you back on the road to healthy eating.
