Two Cheese PastaWe have a serious weakness when it comes to fettuccine alfredo. If it wasn’t packed full of cream and butter and everything else that tastes awesome, we would eat it every day. But today we stumbled upon this recipe for Two Cheese Linguine using low-fat milk, olive oil, mrscarpone and Parmesan cheese. So much healthier then the original, we might even be able to sneak it in once a week.
