Local chef and restaurateur Chris Bianco takes obvious pride in his food (after all, not every pizza in Phoenix can beat out a pie from New York City).

But equal to the fresh ingredients, including his own tomatoes, mozzarella, and family pasta recipes, are the environments that Bianco creates in each of his restaurants.
