The city of Cave Creek may be celebrating its annual food festival this Wednesday and Thursday, but unfortunately there’s one place that won’t be joining in on the fun.
Cave Creek Coffee Company, also known as C4, has shuttered.
Started in 1998 and currently owned by Todd and Rose Newman, C4, located at 6033 East Cave Creek Road, started as a simple coffee shop, but through the years became known for a whole lot more.
With additions such as live music, cocktails, and food, C4 became a neighborhood gathering spot while still keeping its cowboy chic sensibility. Coffee, however, was always the star, and the Newman’s sourced their own blends.
