Along with checking its website (down) and calling its number (disconnected), I just confirmed that Fenix Eatery & Bar has officially closed — and there’s already something new in the works for the space at 40th Street and Camelback.
Turns out, the folks from The Grind — the happening burger joint next door — have taken over the space, and will be bringing in a new concept in the next few months.
That’s all they’ll tell me on the record at the moment, but stay tuned for more details as they become available.
