One of the more high-profile fine dining destinations in the Valley is no more.
Chef Deborah Knight released a statement explaining that she and her husband, GM/wine director Matt Rinn, will not be reopening their restaurant Mosaic after their summer hiatus.
“We are closing Mosaic because we have decided it is the right time for us to move on and look to new horizons,” she says. “We have enjoyed this amazing experience and know that now is the time for us to refocus our lives together.”
Open since July 2001, Mosaic earned a slew of top culinary accolades over the years for Knight’s inventive, Slow Food-inspired global cuisine.
