Will you step up to support New Times this year?
At New Times, we’re small and scrappy — and we make the most of every dollar from our supporters. Right now, we’re $15,500 away from reaching our December 31 goal of $30,000. If you’ve ever learned something new, stayed informed, or felt more connected because of New Times, now’s the time to give back.
The Happy Valley location of Joey’s (Happy Valley Road and 19th Avenue) remains open.
A message posted on Joey’s Facebook page Tuesday, May 28, had this to say:
“Fans: We are winding down operations at our Arrowhead location and are closing our doors there tomorrow night at 8 p.m. We have not secured a new location yet in the West Valley — stay tuned for more on that. In the meantime, please frequent our Happy Valley location at 985 W Happy Valley Road! Some of our Arrowhead staff is heading there too! Thank you for your patronage and support!”
