Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, the new restaurant from the owners of Arcadia Tavern and whose name alone should be adequate enough to understand the concept, is now open in north Scottsdale in the Grayhawk Plaza on Scottsdale Road between Thompson Peak and Grayhawk Drive.
The menu will feature half pound signature burgers including creations like the spicy Ring of Fire, the Hangover topped with an over easy egg, the O-Lineman served between full-sized grilled cheese sandwiches, and (not for the faint of heart) the $18 Mammoth Double Burger featuring over a pound of meat.
There’s also sliders, jumbo dogs, classic sandwiches, salads, boozy adult shakes, and four varieties of mac ‘n’ cheese including a BYOM (Build Your Own Mac) version.
And with a substantial draft and bottled beer list in addition to wine and specialty drinks, you shouldn’t have any problems finding a boozy buddy for your burger.
