Calling all “downtown residents, hipsters, sports fans, and event goers.” Restaurateur Sam Fox is hoping you’ll venture down to CityScape (2 E. Jefferson, #150) for dinner at The Arrogant Butcher when it opens on February 21.
Details are still forthcoming on the previously announced (but previously unnamed) eatery, but this we do know: The Arrogant Butcher won’t be a high-end chop house, as thought, but an eclectic urban grill featuring meat, seafood, and pasta entrees in the $14 to $34 range.
The restaurant will also feature edgy, industrial decor, an exhibition kitchen, full bar, and climate-controlled patio.
And one more thing: They’re hiring.
