English Muffins Ham Slices Eggs (poached) Make Hollandaise Sauce first. We like this recipe from GourmetSleuth. Toast and butter English Muffins and place them on the plate. Brown ham slices on both sides and place on muffins. Place poached egg on top of ham, then top with Hollandaise. Garnish with chopped parsley or chives.Are you a food and film lover too?
