Chandler residents, you’ve got a new destination for salads, wraps, and other healthy fare. Last week, Crisp Greens opened its doors at 250 South Arizona Avenue, near the intersection of Arizona Avenue and Chicago Street.
The restaurant comes courtesy of Brandon Fisher and Darron Moffatt, who enlisted help from chef Martika Russo, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York. According to the restaurant’s website, Fisher and Moffatt were inspired to open Crisp Greens after being fed up with the limited options for diners in search of a fast and healthy lunch.
Crisp Greens offers eight types of salads including a Caesar salad, Southwestern salad, and Cobb salad, all of which can be ordered with either chicken or tofu. The restaurant also lets diners build their own salads — customers can choose everything from the type of greens to toppings, proteins, and dressing. Salads can also be ordered as a wrap at no additional charge.
