5th and Wine in Old Town Scottsdale Has Closed

A Scottsdale restaurant under fire recently for alleged harassment of employees has closed.

5th and Wine said only this on its website:

“Thanks for your patronage over the last 7 years! Unfortunately, we have now closed our doors.”

In January, New Times reported that the federal Equal Employment Opportunities Commission had filed a sexual harassment complaint against the restaurant’s general manager.

It’s unknown if the closing is related. We’ll keep you posted if details emerge.
