Ginger Beer Cupcakes
In honor of The Upsetter’s premier at Filmbar we thought we would share something with a little bit of a Jamaican twist. Jamaican jerk chicken has been done before so Ginger Beer Cupcake Bites it is! In order to enjoy these little morsels, you had better be very much in love with ginger. Candied ginger, ginger sugar, fresh ginger, and powdered ginger all take part in these tiny cupcakes. Top them off with sour lime butter cream frosting and you are in for a treat.
