Kickstarter, the crowdfunding platform for creative pursuits ranging from a nano-satellite that lets you “tweet” from space to a comic book about a killer zombie monkey to Bike-In Theater, allows enterprising idea people to skip conventional means of project funding and go right to the folks that matter: the believers in their ideas who are willing to pony up a few bucks to see them happen (and usually get a little something in return).
And when it comes to Kickstarter pursuits in the category of food, we tracked down five Arizona folks currently asking for dollars to make their food/farm dreams a reality.
Here they are, in no particular order. Note that their inclusion in this list is not an endorsement by Chow Bella.
