Scottsdale’s Hilton Village, the 97,000 square-foot shopping center of more than 25 specialty shops, restaurants, and services, is getting some new neighbors of the culinary kind this fall.
In addition to current restaurant tenants like Houston’s and Humble Pie, plus coming-in-November Slanted Rice Vietnamese Bistro, the newest restaurant from Hue Tran, co-owner of Rice Paper and Bonjour Vietnam in Phoenix, come two more establishments that will add more edible (and drinkable) options to the center’s scene.

First up is Tap House Kitchen, a 3,500 square-foot upscale gastro pub serving 24 craft and local beers on tap along with dishes like Bavarian pretzel bread bruschetta and BYOBs (Build Your Own Burgers) made with with grass-fed beef and gourmet cheeses.
The center’s second (and juiciest) new concept is Nekter Juice Bar, a raw, 100% natural juice bar featuring vegan juices, smoothies, healthy snacks, acai bowls, and cleanse programs. Nekter Juice Bar currently has 17 locations in California and one in Texas. The Hilton Village location in Scottsdale will be the company’s first foray into Arizona.
