Twice a year, the Arizona Restaurant Association tries to entice us into dining out for 10 days straight by getting more than a hundred local restaurants to offer prix-fixe menus for $30 or $40. And every year, twice a year, it pretty much works.

Food lovers, get ready to celebrate Arizona Spring Restaurant Week from Saturday, May 18 to the 27. No, you’re not delusional, by “week” they actually mean ten days of dining.
