There are so many Thai food restaurants in the metro Phoenix it’s hard to pick a favorite, and everyone has their own, but this Central Phoenix spot has been a stand-by of mine since they took over their one-time-diner digs on McDowell. On a recent trip, I strayed from my typical garlic chicken or spicy Thai eggplant and ordered the yellow curry. Tender chunks of white meat chicken, potatoes and peppers in a rich yellow curry sauce with just a touch of sweetness — it might be my new favorite. Do you know where I’m eating?
