It’s not exactly pretty but I can’t indulge in champagne brunches every weekend — sometime a girl has to slum it up with a greasy plate of bacon, hash browns and eggs, a side of Grand Marnier-soaked French toast and a bottle of Coors Original.
A friend from out of town forced us to experience breakfast at this dive-y bar/music venue on the border of Tempe and Mesa. I was a bit scared at first but the liquor-soaked pieces of sugar coated bread weren’t half bad — although anything might have been good after three beers and an hour and a half long wait. Do you know where I’m eating?
