Somehow I had never made it out to Food Truck Friday but I manged to change that last week. I’m not sure which trucks were there because I had known all week that I was going to go there for one specific truck that I had been hearing tons of good things about. I ordered a plain pepperoni pizza but, by accident, picked up someone’s “Popeye” with spinach, sweet cherry tomatoes, garlic,and just the right amount of cheese. I’m pretty stoked that accident happened because it was soooo good. So good that I’ll probably be back there today. Do you know where I’m eating?
