Entering is a piece of cake. Take a picture of your pet in its costume. Post it on Instagram, making sure to use the hashtag #ChowBellaPets (You can find us at @ChowBellaPHX for some examples of what we’re looking for.) You have until the stroke of midnight on October 31 to enter.
