Today: Baked-good guru Tammie Coe of Tammie Coe Cakes. Coe baked her first wedding cake at the age of 12 in her mother’s kitchen and traces her interest in baking to her grandmother, who taught her to bake form scratch. With a degree in Pastry and Baking Arts and a husband who’s one of the youngest Master Bakers in the country, Tammie’s dream has since grown into a thriving business with locations in Arcadia and Roosevelt Row.
Pie is the new Switzerland because no one fights it.
The hardest part about baking a pie is not eating it!
