For those of you on a time crunch this holiday season, let the Arizona Grand Resort do your holiday baking for you. Pastry Chef George Rugel will be taking orders for his distinctive holiday dessert menu now through December 22nd. Choose from Chocolate Pumpkin Marble Cheesecake, Apple Pie with Citrus Butter and Cranberries, the unique Brandied Cherry Yule Log, a Whisked Pecan Tart, Flourless Chocolate Torte or Carrot Pecan Cake. This one goes out to our culinary challenged friends who still insist on baking during the holidays. Instead of forcing your friends to lie to your face about how amazing your burnt, tasteless sugar cookies are, maybe try a different approach this year and make something you can’t screw up. Chocolate Pretzel Bites are just the thing! If you find a way to mess these up, you really just shouldn’t be allowed near an oven.
