Humble Pie has created Peoria Pizza Pow Wow, a kid’s summer camp designed around pizza. Kids can toss dough, make their own mozzarella, and design their own pizza.

More of a class than a camp, the event runs every Tuesday in July from 2 to 3 p.m. and costs $10 per child ages 6 to 12.

Participants get a gift certificate for a free kids meal at Humble Pie. To reserve a spot, call 623-334-2700.
