We’re thankful for you. Are you thankful for us?
We feel thankful for our staff and for the privilege of fulfilling our mission to be an unparalleled source of information and insight in Phoenix. We’re aiming to raise $30,000 by December 31, so we can continue covering what matters most to this community.
Help us continue giving back to Phoenix.
The focal point of the store is the “amphora wall”, a selection of more than 30 international oils and vinegars suspended in glass containers on a wall. Customers can select a bottle (or bring in a previously purchased Oil & Vinegar bottle for a refill) and a staff member will dispense the selection on tap.
Gift wrapping, of course, is available.
According to the Phoenix Business Journal, Oil & Vinegar, which now has 90 franchises worldwide, including 15 in the United States, plans to open at least five Arizona stores in the next five years, and is scouting possible locations in Flagstaff, Yuma, and Tucson.
