We know some tough dining customers in this town, and one of them keeps telling us of his delicious, repeated trips to Kitchen 56, the bistro-y spot on the edge of Arcadia, at the southeast corner of 56th Street and Indian School.

Now he’ll be able to dine there even more, with lunch service beginning tomorrow, April 26, from 11 a.m. Tuesday — Friday and 10 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast will be served all day, til 4.
