If you’ve driven by Lenny’s Burger Shop on West Glendale Avenue lately, you may have noticed some new construction going up — right next door.
Turns out the neighboring new building will be the new, bigger home for the West Glendale Avenue Lenny’s, one of three of the local fast food restaurant’s locations. The old location will be torn down and turned into a parking lot for the new one, which is slated to open in September.
“The manager can’t wait to see this old patio furniture go,” a Lenny’s employee told me. “She’s seriously considering using it for a bonfire.”
