Out with the old, in with the new. The ol’ My Big Fat Greek Restaurant in Old Town Scottsdale has shut down and been replaced with a cooler new locally owned restaurant, Limelight Dipping Bar & Grill.
Dipping Bar? What the hell is a dipping bar?
We’re guessing it has something to do with the 15 house-made sauces that you can attack pretty much anything on the menu with, including a special item on the menu called “dipping sticks” which are essentially kebabs or skewers of different meats.
The menu is huge — not Cheesecake Factory huge but it’s pretty big — and offers something for everyone. We dare you to take a stab at the Lava Burger. It’s stuffed with habaneros then covered with ghost pepper sauce. Be sure to get back to us with the results.
Oh and get this — they’re open till midnight Sunday through Thursday and till 3 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. We hope the food’s good. This town desperately needs more late night eats.
