When we went to Society Café in Las Vegas a few months ago, we were totally impressed with the American restaurant’s innovative takes on classics–pasta drenched in truffle cream, egg-topped ham-and-cheese sandwiches and mouthwatering cocktails. Lucky for us, the former chef of that restaurant, Jeremy Pacheco, is now back in the Valley at Lon’s at the Hermosa. He’s previously helmed the kitchen at the former Terrace Dining Room at The Phoenician Resort, so it’s evident he knows his stuff.

Pacheco is also the man behind a new breakfast menu at Lon’s, and we’re already drooling from looking at some of the pictures of a few of the offerings.

The breakfast menu utilizes the oh-so-popular farm-to-table approach, with locally grown, fresh ingredients. The selection of American items includes savory dishes such as Oscar benedict and short rib hash.

The menu is offered daily from 7-10 a.m., with items ranging from $3-$16. To make a reservation, call (602) 955-7878.
