Luci’s Healthy Marketplace to Host How-to Class on Vegan Summer Parties With “Kitchen Shaman” Johnna Gale

Great, the heat’s already kicking your ass and now your gaggle of vegan friends wants to come over for eats. Think those lame pieces of Vegan Rella “cheese” substitute are your only option? There’s a better one.

From 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Sunday, June 19, Luci’s Healthy Marketplace on 1590 East Bethany Home Road is hosting a “Sumer Vegan Porch Party” class with Johnna Gale, also known as the “Kitchen Shaman.”

Along with plating techniques and party tips, The Kitchen Shaman will share and prepare recipes like anti-antipasto, grilled Portobello burgers and tofu skewers with coleslaw, watermelon soup and garlicky hummus.
