If you’ve lived in the Valley for a substantial amount of time, then you may be familiar with the Mancuso family name. Since the late ’60s, the Mancusos have owned and operated several restaurants around the Valley including at The Borgata in Scottsdale and in central Phoenix.
In late April, however, the company shuttered Bobby’s Restaurant and Lounge at Kierland Commons in Scottsdale, announcing plans to relocate the restaurant to downtown Phoenix’s Collier Center.
Mancuso’s Restaurant will take over the approximately 8,700 square-foot space on the upper level of the property, the space most recently occupied by Kincaid’s. The restaurant is located along Third and Washington streets.
Diners can look forward to both dinner and lunch menus featuring pastas, salads, sandwiches, and more. The restaurant will offer gluten-free pasta and the family’s signature meatballs, and will offer happy hour from 4 to 6:30 p.m. daily. In addition to the restaurant’s dining room and lounge, Mancuso’s will also offer two private dining spaces.
The Collier Center will also be home to The Park, a new restaurant that will feature food trucks and craft beer slated to open this summer.
