Attention, Food Network fans! This Sunday, Giada de Laurentiis, the Italian-American chef, host of Giada at Home, and author of six cookbooks, including Everyday Italian and Giada’s Family Dinners, is coming to Kierland Commons in Scottsdale.
The event kicks off with a Q&A in the Center Plaza at 11:30 a.m., Sunday, April 29, and a book-signing will follow. To attend, fans must purchase her recently released book, Weeknights with Giada: Quick and Simple Recipes to Revamp Dinner, from Sur La Table’s Kierland Commons location, where the book-signing will take place.
Weeknights with Giada includes such easy-to-prepare recipes as toasted ciabatta with shrimp, tarragon, and arugula, as well as smoked salmon crostata. There’s even a category, “Change of Pace,” which promises to shake up your Monday dinner rut.
