Tomorrow night Chef Chris Mayo will be cooking up his monthly five course prix-fixe dinner at Metro Brasserie in Scottsdale this month French cuisine get an Italian twist. Dinner starts with cauliflower veloute, a rich velvet soup, and then continues with boucherolle and swiss chard tortellini with black trumpet fondue, mushroom crusted tuna, and pork ragout lasagna with black truffle marsala sauce.
