The aromas of the Valley’s barbecue scene just got one food truck stronger.
Joining other ‘cue-centric mobile kitchens like AZ Barbecue, Tom’s BBQ Pig Rig, and Q Up BBQ, One-Eighty Q, the newest barbecue food truck, hit the streets in late July.
Here’s what barbecue hounds can expect.

In addition to barbecue sandwiches like The Holy Cow featuring brisket, pickled red onion slaw, and sauce, and the Hot Chick..n..Salad made with smoked chicken, Gouda, and tomato, One-Eighty Q also serves up dry-rubbed ribs, mac ‘n’ cheese topped with shredded pork or chopped brisket, and Poore Brothers Potato Chips smothered in green chili chorizo beans and cheese.
One-Eighty Q has already hit the Four Peaks Tasting Room and has been seen around Goodyear Park and the Scottsdale Airpark. Find out where they’ll be next by checking out their website.
