This morning, in an announcement by Pointe Tapatio Cliffs general manager Ron Simon, Anthony DeMuro was appointed the new executive chef at the resort’s fine dining restaurant, Different Pointe of View.
This comes on the heels of chef Claudio Urciuoli’s departure last Friday.
DeMuro has been with Hilton since 2005, serving as the bi-property executive chef for Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs and Squaw Peak resorts. He was responsible for overseeing banquet and kitchen operations at more than 10 restaurants.
DeMuro’s new menu will feature “American cuisine with regional Mediterranean influences”.
