Most delicious news I’ve heard in a while: There’s a new Chinese spot in Chandler that makes homemade noodles.
China Magic Noodle House opened a month ago in the same plaza as the Chandler location of Lee Lee Oriental Market (2015 N. Dobson Rd.).
The house specialties are hand-pulled and hand-shaved noodles, done up as various soups (brisket, lamb, and oxtail, to name a few) and stir-fried with different sauces, from peanut to spicy XO sauce. There’s also a long list of beef, chicken, and seafood entrees, chop suey, moo shu, fried rice, and more.
To wash it all down, China Magic offers fruit smoothies and milk tea, with or without boba.
