I’m very intrigued by this flyer I picked up at That’s A Wrap the other day, for a new “brunch spot and trunk sale” called Monkey C, right smack in the middle of the Coronado District (1318 E. Palm). 
These folks have been doing their own DIY boutique, with crepes served on the patio of their house, on Sunday mornings since last month. Have you ever seen such a thing elsewhere in Phoenix?
