Not only is Nosh Arizona planning on hosting tastings for its wine — one day, the restaurant that describes itself as “a cozy, small plate gastro pub and Pico-winery,” hopes to make its own.

Opening later this month and located at 4080 West Ray Road (in the former home of Bongo’s Bar & Grill) in Chandler, Nosh Arizona, owned by chef Stacey Carson, will feature small plates with food inspired by Carson’s travels. And with the food comes the drink — specifically signature cocktails, beers, and wines.
Here’s what diners can expect.
Moroccan spiced key lime shrimp, balsamic short ribs with a roasted poblano mash, and peach smoked salmon are a few of Carson’s small plate entrees. Desserts include butter pecan goat cheese cake, mascarpone strawberries, and assorted homemade marshmallows.
For libations, along with signature cocktails such as a house margarita, the Pink Barbie (a variation of the cosmopolitan), and the Salty Poodle (a tequila version of the Salty Dog), Nosh will also feature a monthly “Adventure Drink,” beer, and wine.
