Along with signature wine varieties like Malbec, Orange Muscat, and Malvasia Bianca, craft brews, including Shipwrecked Imperial IPA and Mr. Pineapple, as well as martinis, will also be available.
The menu, created by Schaus, features familiar and wine-friendly American dishes such as grilled artichokes, stuffed pork loin, and maple-glazed salmon along with salads and sandwiches.
“I am using Casavino’s entire suite of wines in my dishes,” says Schaus. “We want the diner to experience these wines in every facet of their meal. Wine transcends simply sipping it from the glass.”
