Fox Restaurant Group has announced next week’s scheduled opening of a new gastropub concept at the Scottsdale Waterfront, called Culinary Dropout.
Situated in a completely revamped space that used to house Pink Taco, the restaurant will open its doors on January 27.
This is the 13th concept from restaurateur Sam Fox, whose headquarters are right around the corner.
Look for “chef-driven comfort food” for lunch, dinner, and late-night noshing in a casual, pub-style atmosphere. (This being Scottsdale, of course, there will also be chandeliers.)
