You’re have to eat, so you might as well eat for a good cause. Now through Sunday, 100% of the proceeds from select food and beverage items from all five Valley RA Sushi menu’s will be donated to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. Nicky’s Week is celebrated each year in honor ot Nicky Maillard’s last wish to find a cure for cancer before his death at age 13 in 2005 from a brain tumor. Menu items include Edamame, Tootsy Maki, Shrimp Nigiri, Pork Gyoza, Tuna Tataki, Chicken Yakitori and select specialty drinks. Jello Rainbow

Why Jello, look how pretty you are! Who knew that that the jiggly treat could looks so nice. Since it’s getting too hot to make rainbow cakes, set aside a day and make these lovely Rainbow Jello Cups instead. Add vodka for a little adult rainbow action. Sweet!
