Now through Sunday, 100% of the proceeds from select food and beverage items from all five Valley RA Sushi menu’s will be donated to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. Nicky’s Week is celebrated each year in honor ot Nicky Maillard’s last wish to find a cure for cancer before his death at age 13 in 2005 from a brain tumor. Menu items include Edamame, Tootsy Maki, Shrimp Nigiri, Pork Gyoza, Tuna Tataki, Chicken Yakitori and select specialty drinks.
