CenPho has a new spot for comfort food and craft cocktails: 2601 on Central.

The “cross-country regional” menu aims to bring give comfort food a Southwest influence, with dishes like a beef/chorizo meatloaf and street tacos, and an ambitious cocktail plan.

The bar has at least five different classic cocktails like the Moscow mule and the martini – with plans to change them seasonally. Want to sample a mule made with gin, grapefruit juice, lavender syrup, and ginger beer? Order a flight at happy hour and try that one and another two for a total of $10. The Bloody Mary features house-made pickled eggs, spicy pickles, sausage, bleu cheese-stuffed olives, and cucumber slices.

2601 on Central: 2601 North Central Avenue, 602-466-2074
Hours: Monday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday 11 a.m. to midnight; Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. to midnight
Happy Hour: Monday through Friday 4 to 6 p.m.
