The Herb Box opened its new SouthBridge location over the weekend, just in time for the live ESPN college football broadcasts taking place right outside its door this week.
The upstairs restaurant takes over the former Estate House space (which has been completely renovated), while the downstairs market occupies a former retail spot at the east corner of Stetson drive and the bridge.
Although the menu is limited for now, the full selection of sandwiches and salads that have made its DC Ranch location such a hit will be available starting January 9, with grand opening festivities to boot.
As if that’s not enough excitement for owners Susan Smederovac-Wilcox and chef Becky Windels, they just opened another location inside the Minnesota HQ of Lifetime Fitness as well.
