O.H.S.O. Eatery and Nano Brewery, the new restaurant and small-batch brewery from first-time restaurant owners Jon Lane and Pat Walsh, opens today in Arcadia in the former home of the Black Forest Mill German Restaurant at 4900 East Indian School Road.

The newly renovated restaurant will feature American comfort food and Italian favorites courtesy of chef Nate Hibbard, formerly of Kai and D’Vine Bistro & Wine Bar in Chandler, 36 craft beers (with half of them being from Arizona) and 25 wines by the glass, with Arizona wines helping to make up the list.

The nano brewery, which will allow guests to not only brew their own beer but get it on tap, requires federal approval and won’t be ready until next year.

O.H.S.O. will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner and a beer brunch on the weekends. For more information and to check out the food and drink menus, go here.
