The challenges facing local news organizations are very real. That's why reader support matters more than ever. If you believe independent journalism matters, make a contribution today and help us reach our summer fundraising goal of $15,000 by August 9.
Somerville, Massachusetts, artist Judith G. Klausner likes to play with her food. And unlike many of us, when she does, it’s an art form.
As part of her food art project, “From Scratch,” where Victorian handicraft processes are used to transform packaged foods, Klausner carved beautiful classic-style cameos from Oreo cookies.
She’s also made wallpaper from condiments, used Chex corn cereal to craft needlepoint-like signs, and embroidered toast. Check out all of Klausner’s work here.
