After about seven months, the sixth location of Over Easy has shuttered. The well-loved breakfast restaurant, which opened in late June 2015, was located at The Yard at Farmer Arts District, a multi-concept complex that’s also home to a Culinary Dropout restaurant and fitness studio called The Madison.
Known for serving both classic and non-traditional breakfast fare (think, waffle dogs and Hawaiian loco moco), Over Easy’s four remaining Valley locations include restaurants in Arcadia, Gilbert, Mesa, and Scottsdale. Longtime Valley chef and restaurateur Aaron May, who opened the first Over Easy nearly 10 years ago, also operates a fifth location in Bellingham, Washington.
As for the now-unoccupied space at The Yard in Tempe, a Fox Restaurant Concepts spokesperson says the company has taken over the space and will use it for private dining.
