Scheduled to be open for lunch, dinner, and happy hour seven days a week, The Gladly will offer dishes such as root beer braised bacon with steel cut oats, gravy, and red shiso ($12) and smoked mozzarella fondue ($10). Cocktails will come courtesy of Moe, naturally.
