Earlier this month, we shared the news that the Valley’s homegrown grilled cheese mobile was under new ownership and getting geared up to hit the road again.
And it didn’t take long — lucky for those melted-cheese fanatics out there — for the new owners to get things ready to go. You can find the duo and their bright blue truck serving up sandwiches as of right . . . now.

According to one of the new owners, the Paradise Melts truck is rolling out to community events and various locations around the Valley. Though they don’t have a set schedule yet, you can see all their upcoming events on the Paradise Melts website by checking out their calendar.
Will you step up to support New Times this year?
At New Times, we’re small and scrappy — and we make the most of every dollar from our supporters. Right now, we’re $15,500 away from reaching our December 31 goal of $30,000. If you’ve ever learned something new, stayed informed, or felt more connected because of New Times, now’s the time to give back.
On Saturday, March 2, you’ll find them at Yelp’s Western Adventure at Fort McDowell Adventures.
Their menu features a selection of gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches including a French onion grilled cheese complete with cognac and veal demi-glace caramelized onions and Gruyere cheese. They offer a build-your-own option for the creative minds out there and (because you can’t eat a grilled cheese without it) they also seasonal tomato soup.
