Rico’s American Grill says chef Ken’s will be fluffy and Perk Eatery jokes that theirs will be calorie free. Whatever the tactics, there’s sure to be extra heat on the griddle this week at the Pancake Quest 2012 throw down.
At 5:30 p.m., this Wednesday, January 11, at Perk Eatery, seven chefs from Valley establishments (Perk Eatery, 24 Carrots, Orange Table, Rico’s American Grill, Creative Butters, Elemental Sugar, Smart Kitchen, and Gina’s Homemade) will flap their jacks for bragging rights and the Pancake Quest 2012 crown.

Tickets for this Wednesday’s Pancake Quest 2012 are $20 and include all-you-can-eat silver dollar pancakes and bacon. To purchase tickets, go here.
People’s Choice voting tickets are $1 with all proceeds benefiting Share Our Strength, a not-for-profit organization mobilizing individuals and industries to fight hunger.
