Advertising Can't Do It Alone
The challenges facing local news organizations are very real. That's why reader support matters more than ever. If you believe independent journalism matters, make a contribution today and help us reach our summer fundraising goal of $15,000 by August 9.
One of Restaurant Business Magazine’s 50 Great Ideas for 2009 comes from Petite Maison, one of my favorite new restaurants in the Valley.
Wendy Goldman, the restaurant’s marketing gal, says their Staff Meals were featured in the January issue.
Available only between 10 p.m. and midnight, Thursday through Saturday, the bargain-priced eats ($8 to $12) vary from day to day, and aren’t included on the regular menu.
You have to follow the restaurant on Twitter (twitter.com/petitemaisonaz) to see what’s cooking. This past weekend, for example, they served fried green tomatoes from Maya’s Farm and onion/foie gras tartine.
